Uno de los puntos más importantes en nuestro estudio es la necesidad de que el Espacio Creativo Independiente sea capaz de generar actividad económica que incida positivamente en el entorno más próximo ya que en barrios que requieren una regeneración social y económica, las grandes inversiones deben hacerse en la implantación y mantenimiento de los centros que proveen asistencia básica indispensables para que cualquier proceso de regeneración tenga éxito. A la vez estas áreas necesitan iniciativas complementarias que ayuden a regenerar las actividades productivas y económicas a medio plazo. La implantación de un Espacio Creativo Independiente serviría para dar respuesta inmediata a esta necesidad sin requerir grandes inversiones.
One of the most important points in our research is the necessity of being able to generate an economic activity that influences positively in its surroundings. In neighborhoods that requires a social and economic regeneration big investments need to be done in the creation and maintenance of basic care centers. These centers are essential in order for the regeneration process to be a success. At the same time, these neighborhoods need additional initiatives to help in a medium-term regeneration of the economic and productive activities. The introduction of an independent creative space would satisfy this immediate need without requiring big investments.
